Dear sir,

my supplier has not uploaded invoice in his gstr1. so it is not appearing in my GSTR2A

WHOSE LIABILITY IS IT IF SUPPLIER FAILS TO UPLOAD INVOICE. HOW MUCH IS INTEREST PAYABLE.

THERE IS NO MECHANISM IN GST WHERE WE CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT SUPPLIER.

There is a new feature in gst portal where you can communicate with the suppliers who has not filed there gstr 1.
use that

You should receive itc on self declaration basis on availing itc on missing invoices basis if your supplier didn't show the invoices on next two periods then the itc you availed shall be reversed with interest and penalty
