Superannuation fund claim refused by employer

I was left the organization after completing 11.5 years of service. I am eligible and tax beneficiary for superannuation fund (LIC trust) and I have submitted the all related claim forms at the time of relieving but employer M/s. Continental Carbon India Ltd is delayed/refused to pay the fund. Suggest the process how to get the fund earliest?
