in dt of new course...der r mistakes in solution...wealth tax is taken at 1% of d whole amt n nt excess of 30 lakhs...n similarly in sec 56...d whole amt of 5 lakhs ia taken as stcg..n nt excess of 50000 as basic 50000 gift is as it is exempt...it shd b 4.5 lakhs
