suggest me what to do?plz its urgent

i have cleared my ipcc both groups this november.i have also completed my orientation and IT training course.

i need to ask u about will i have to send my certificates of orientation and IT training to delhi H.O.

some of my friends are telling me that i hv to send my both the certificates there n then they will send me another certificate.

plz some1 help me to clear it out bcoz i m not at all getng what to do.and 1 more thing need to ask i.e., if i have to send it to delhi office  what ris the procedure ??
