of course it can...however in case subsidiary company holds shares of holding company the representative appointed by it shall have a right to vote only in respect of shares held by the subsidiary company as a trustee or as a legal representative of a deceased membr...there is no limitation for the right to vote by such a representative in respect of shares owned by such subsidiary company of any other companies....
