I wanted to enquire whether the same person can act as a reprentative of 2 promoter companies (who are subscribers to the MOA & AOA) if he has been authorsed by both companies?
Eg. ABC Inc and XYZ Inc both authorise Mr D to sign subscriber pages of MOA and AOA. So my query is whether Mr D can act as represtative of both ABC Inc and XYZ Inc on the subscriber pages?

I think there is no restriction for authorising any one to subscribe MOA on behalf of company.

Ofcouse, in my opinion too he can sign on behalf of both Companies.
