Dear members, i have the question that. there are 3 subscribers in the MOA . In this i have mentioned only 2 of them as the director in the AOA. Shall i do this. whether all 3 of them should be a first director.??

It is not necessary that those who are subscriber to MOA and AOA shold be made the First directors, so you can go ahead with 3 subscribers and out of them 2 will be first directors.
