Subscriber sheet LLP

As me and my client are in different states, can Subscriber Sheet for LLP be signed by my client and then sent as a pdf to me, I will then take a print out and sign the same.  Can I then upload this scanned signed copy of subscriber sheet in the Fillip form? Does it need to be hand written?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the process for signing an LLP Subscriber Sheet when parties are in different locations. It confirms that a client can sign a PDF version, which can then be printed and signed by you. Alternatively, both parties can use their Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), which are legally equivalent to physical signatures under the IT Act, 2000, for submission via the Fillip form.

Not sure but hand written is not compulsory
Yes PDF can be sent by your client by signing the subscriber sheet

You and your partner can affix your DSC instead of signing it physically. IT Act, 2000 puts DSC at par with physical signatures
