I am seller and my buyer gave me declaration in form 27C for non deduction of tax.
as a seller I have to submit it to commissioned of income tax department
my doubt is how to submit tht to department

As the seller, your role is to collect the manually filled Part I from the buyer and then upload that scanned copy via the Income Tax e-Filing portal under the "File Income Tax Forms" section using your TAN, no later than the 7th of the following month.
