i am getting the same error
I faced same problem on 2nd Sep 10pm. On 23rd Sep 7 am, the portal showed that my data is submitted.
So, wait for few hours. Don't try to submit again. It will be solved.

but i tried 4 times ...any problem will arise??
No issue. Even i tried it for three times. Just wait. Check it after few hours.

It's also system error and load. You can wait it's solving shortly. Most of the returns shown the same way....
