For the termination of articleship in second year we have to submit medical certificate issued by government hospital for the discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of 3 months, but as per code of medical ethics regulations 2002, medical certificate should not be issued for a period of more than 15 days.
I'll send a letter with the consent of principal by mentioning that I have to attend regular checkup till cure along with this medical certificate issued by government hospital.
Can icai accepts this for termination of articles?
