Submission of Form 15 on renewal of FD.

Respected Experts, I use to submit Form 15 every year on first working day of Apr against my FDs and there was no necessity of submitting fresh Form 15 on renewal of any FD in between the financial year. There was also no need of submitting Fresh Form 15 when a fresh FD is made in between the financial year. However I renewed a FD on 28 Jan 18 on its maturity but I did not submit Form 15 at the time of renewal. The Bank has deducted TDS for the period from 28 Jan to 31 Mar 18. Sir, is there any order that one should submit Form 15 every time on renewal/making new FD in between the FY? Please guide me if there is any new orders on the subject.
