Submission failure: form 10a

Is there anything I should be worried about or may be because of something this error is happening

This problem occurs even in Form 10-IE for many but not for all. Somebody should drag Infosys to Court.

Am also facing the same problem. Can somebody help me out with this issue?

Anyone who faced this issue and is able to upload Form 10A please guide what needs to be done.

I am getting this "System Failure" error for a particular assessee but not for other assessees. Even the data filled in Form 10A is not getting saved. Please guide how to resolve this issue.

I faced same issue till yesterday for one particular assessee (for others I could file form 10A) and yesterday I tried again and this time I could file Form 10A. Please try and see whether you can file or not.

It was technical error and resolved today. Try again to check whether it is filing or not

I am also facing the same issue. I am not able to save for only one client. Rest have been filed . How to resolve the same?

I am unable to file Form 10A in the Income-tax portal.  Tried in vain to contact the helpdesk number available in the income tax portal but was getting a message saying that there is a mismatch between PAN and the Date of incorporation/formation. 

I am trying to file Form 3CB 3CD and getting the error as Submission Failed, No response from the server.

Anybody has any resolution to this issue.

Income tax helpdesk is resolving the tickets without resolutions.
