Can you please guide me, the consequences if any, regarding transfer of Capital Account balance lying of Deceased Assessee to his SPOUSE?!
Should be as per the terms of the contract/constitution; or to the nominee.
SUB : TRANSFER OF CAPITAL ACCOUNT BALANCE.
