In my opinon u should read theory loudly becoz while u r reading loudly there is less chances of divert your mind to other things.
As it is different from person to person.... So before thinking about my method u have to observe your reading habbit which method will give u more comfort

I would say the same..I would prefer loud reading !!
As due to it our mind doesnt get distracted..nd it gets then we immediately becoming aware of it divert bck to buk
If reading a loud makes you tired then try whispering method..means lip moments 4 sure..so u r conciously aware of it !!
Still i would say all methods are gud till it gets syllabus in ur head..You are the best judge
