Study group in bangalore

Hi all,

I am studying to write my IPCC in May 2011. I am from Bangalore and was wondering if there are people interested in forming a study group? We could have it in and around BTM/HSR/Koramangala.

Even Final students can join in cause the idea is just to compel ourselves to study a minimum fixed hours everyday and to be in an environment which will help us do that. Institute's library is always over-crowded and you can't utter a word!

This is not to help each other with studies but just to come together to pursue a similar vision. Of course a little helping hand once in awhile won't harm.

hai faraz, i am from hyderabad. I am also looking for group studies. At least daily preparaing for some chapter and sharing the chapter with other friends who prepares for another chapter and shares with us. like if the chain continues i feel we will not neglect our studies. do you got any reply for this mesage and made any group study.

@ Madhavi, Unfortunately I havent received any response apart from a couple of personal friends I already had. It was easier for me to find a study group while I was pursuing CFA which is a US based course with far lesser people in Bangalore than to find a study group for CA which is an Indian course with 1000s of students! CA students here spend dozens of hours yawning away to glory in coaching institutes gaining little but will shy away from forming a study environment for productive studies. They need to have an open mind and study smart.

Nah, IPCC. Writing this May. Just liasing with a friend who's doin PCC on our respective study status. Have given up hope of forming a study group.
