Hey Guyzz,
What will happen if in any Firm,
an Article has taken office data in DVD FOR academic purpose 4 reading at home as he was d seniour most article nd worked hardly in firm, so had never get time in office 2 study the datas and other area?
My 1 of the frnd Mr.X(Name Nt disclosing) is being threaten by his boss of reporting at ICAI nd Removing 4m Firm and May b his CA Course wil b in danger.
Plzz Help My Frnd, what to do...
Whether any penalty would b levied on my friend?

it is really a crime . . all the clients and others data is the property of the principal which he has earned with his practice
a article trainee has to learn and apply the same
he cant own by the way u have mentioned it although his intentions were not bad
