ICAI has changed the question pattern for CA Nov. 2010 exams... For Indirect Tax in final there are 3 sections namely Excise, Customs & Service tax. Now as per revised structure of question papers 1 question will be compulsory and one option will be provided in other questions...
What will be the structure of questions in IDT?? will it be 1 question compulsory in each of the sections & 1 options each in all the three sections?? or some other pattern??? please reply

I believe that there will be only one choice from excise and no choices in the other two sections. it is highly unlikely that they give choices in all the three sections. Its best to be prepared for the most pessimistic possibility. Do prepare as though there is no choice.

once check the papers of June'09 may be IDT paper will be in that model.
paper of june 09 was base on the old pattern. now the pattern has changed. what will the new pattern?
what ever it may be question paper model prepare as there is no choice and in my opinion avg marks per question will be 3.
