Dear Sir / Madam,
The disclosure of relationship with struck off companies is a mandatory requirement put forward by the Companies Act. How are companies dealing with it and is there any excel sheet available for the complete list of struck off companies as per MCA. Kindly advise.

The particulars to be disclosed are:-
1. Name of Struck off Company
2. Type of transactions with such Struck off Company &
3. Balance outstanding/ payable and relationship with such struck off company.
MCA website will have list of struck off companies from different states.
