Mr. Ravish Bhatt is an International Tax Affiliate with Chartered Institute of Taxation and also a dual qualified lawyer admitted to the roll of Bar Council of Gujarat and Solicitors Regulation Authority, England and Wales. He has experience of over 14 years in dealing with issues pertaining to Direct Taxes, Commercial Litigation, Contracts, International Arbitration, Insolvency etc and has appeared before various forums in different litigation and arbitration matters including before the Supreme Court of India, different High Courts, Tax Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals and NCLAT in India and also before London Court of International Arbitration and ICC. He is particularly proficient in handling the Matters pertaining to International Tax, EPC Contracts and Disputes, Insolvency and Direct Taxes.
