Dear All,
I have not received any Notice relating to Striking off but i one of my Company name is mention in PUBLIC NOTICE issue by roc on MCA website.
In this case what reply i need to file ?
In that Company no buss Operation was carried out since incorporation, no bank account or share certificate was issued. In this regard ROC had also issued notice whoes Case is going on in Court.
We are in the Process of Voluntary Winding up of the Company.
