I have one query regarding strike off ...
A Pvt LTD didn't file roc form since last AGM sep 2015 and don't carry any business operations now want to close the company i.e strike off .
My query is Whether is it mandatory to complete roc filling of 2015-16 and 2016-17 or
I can directly apply for strike off .???
Little bit confused .

Hai, One of the the condition for Striking off it has not been filed Annual Returns for last two years. so, ROC Filings not required for two years. But we have to submit Recent statement of Affairs.
