Strike off the name of private company
I have filed Form FTE on 21.12.2015. One month notice is expired on 21.01.2016. Now one more month is passed. The master data of the company is showing as under process of striking off.
Plz tell how much time it takes to strike off the name of the company after expiry of one month notice period.
Also, what I need to do???

IT TAKE ALMOST MORE THAN YEAR TO SHOW STATUS AS STRIKE OFF
Not in all the cases. Many a times, within a period of 3-4 montsh, the name gets struck off from the records of ROC.
