that will help u definately but at last u hav to gain knowledge of the chapters.. so first complete your course and then study RTP throughly

First go through all your SM course as story reading two times and then concentrate on specific 4-5 questiions in each chapter,understand it and try to learn terminology and write the same words and meaning for that terminology in answer paper.And after completion of this go for RTP. 

E.g.  You can write answer in your way it's not necessary that same to same of book.But you must have to write same meaning for terminology for example verticle integration,SixSigma,Business Restructring.....
