My company is in STP (software technology park) .Can I ask my vendors to raise invoices without GST under LUT

Hey Deepak, Yes you can ask your vendor to supply without payment of tax under a letter of undertaking. However your vendor has to adher to all the applicable rules. Further, validity period for such a LUT will be 12 months.

can other state suppliers also raise me invoice without tax ..

means can I ask other state suppliers to raise me invoice without tax??

Yes as long as they are willing to get a LUT. It is not relevant whether the supplier is of different state as SEZ itself is considered as a seperate area even w.r.t. the state in which it exists.
