Hello frns i have a short essay on positive thinking,,,hope u may like....have a look,,,,,

 

Sometimes people under estimate the power of positive thinking. You can use motivation and positive thinking to help achieve anything that you would like to achieve. Your goal could be losing weight, buying a house, get a new job, or anything you decide.

 

 

Here is an example of a positive thinking story. There was a guy named Joe who worked for a company and was trying to use that money to pay his bills and pay his way for post secondary education. Unfortunately one day something not too pleasant happened, he got fired from his job and he did not exactly know what the reason was.

 

However one day he found out that it was not that he was doing anything bad it is just that the company had to lay off a number of people and he happened to be one of them. After hearing this he was quite depressed however he was reading some positive thinking books which helped him change the way that he was feeling about his situation.

He realized that the job gave him good experience and something beneficial that he could add to his resume. He was motivated to find another job this time something that he knew would be permanent and maybe benefit him even more then the other one did. The best thing that happened to him was that within three weeks the job called him back to offer him a permanent position within the company.

This was definitely something positive. Sometimes you must realize that even though something bad happens in your life something positive is sure to follow if you stay positive. Remember that many people cruise through life not having a clue about what they want, and just simply react to what comes along, they either choose to accept it or reject it. It is up to you to choose what you want to do.

Sure positive thinking is a good idea but everyone wants to take steps that they are sure will actually work. The first thing you should do is keep the end in mind and be proactive. Visualizing where you want to be and having a mission for how you are going to achieve it will definitely keep you on track.

The next thing you have to do is know your values and what you stand for. Stick to your values so that when you are in trouble you will not compromise them. It is better for you to prevent actions that you would like to avoid by first knowing how you feel inside. This will help your actions reflect the way that you feel inside, and not contradict your values and what you stand for.

The next step is, to find variety to keep you interested. Switch it up from time to time if you are doing the same constant thing you will find yourself bored. Take out time to smell the flowers. Just appreciate everything that is around you and what you have achieved this will keep you sane and also very importantly humble. Love people and serve them. Love is a power that rewards people in relationships that matter and find a lot of happiness.

You must also have faith. Have faith in yourself and what you can do. If you have faith you will be surprised at what you can actually achieve. After this you must know that you are made for greatness. Everybody leaves a legacy whether it be a good thing or a bad thing. Try to always leave a positive legacy.

Potential plus positive influence equals personal greatness remember that formula. Finally you must remember that things do not always turn out as expected. No matter how much you try, unpredicted obstacles sometimes occur so just make sure that you keep the positive hope and faith alive.

How To Think Positive And Stop Thinking Negative

 

Positive thinking is a good trait that if everyone had in their lives would make the world a lot better of a place to live in. But the funny thing is that not everyone agrees that positive thinking is a good thing. People who think negatively often think they are being very realistic and that positive thinkers are just lying to themselves.

 

These people must realize that thinking positively, no matter what happens, or what the situation maybe means you are far more likely to succeed in life because you do not give up so early and you like to remain optimistic. The longer you try and put effort into a situation, the more probable it is you are going to succeed. That is just simple logic.

 

Negative thinkers must realize this. Positive thinkers do not always expect everything to work out, in fact they know things are going to go wrong but they do know how to apply a positive spin when things go wrong. They know how to add an ‘at least’ in their sentence when stuff fails to go as planned. For example, they would say “I didn’t get the job but at least I know what to say at the next interview when I go for a job like that.” is a perfect example of an at least situation. That is being realistic and at the same time not letting yourself get too down about a situation, realizing that there is hope for another time.

 

Positive thinking is a huge personal asset and negative thinking is definitely a liability. There are always positives in superficially negative experiences, such as what you learnt from your mistakes or the way hard experiences can make you stronger and better person in the end.

 

 

Finally here is another good reason why you should lean towards positive instead of negative thinking, research has shown positive thinking is actually good for your health. Optimists have better immune systems and tend to live longer and happier lives

Positive thinking has to be one of the most important key aspects that we must have if we would like to even think about having success. However simply having a positive attitude alone will not do the job, you have to also be able to visualize that result which you would like to achieve.

If you take a moment and visualize the end result that you want, you will be more likely to take certain actions so that you may achieve it. Now everybody knows that life is not perfect and that you will come to face problems time and time again. Some of the factors that will help you to make sure that you visualize your goal while maintaining a positive attitude so that you may have a positive out come. Once you have these two elements set in your head you will be motivated to overcome all types of obstacles.

Take for example a person that is about to do a speech who is nervous. If they stay and think positive for the whole time and visualize the end and that it will come soon, they will not do so bad. Take another example, a competitive swimmer about to get up on the block for a race, if they visualize how their race is going to be and themselves winning at the end chances are they will be a lot more motivated and driven to just that and the end results will hopefully be in their favor.

To visualize something is to use your imagination which is an open field with absolutely no restrictions. If you are running out of the strength and power to make your dream come true, you will be the man with out the spirit. You should know that the negative thinking will hold you down. The motivation and inspiration are necessary for you. It is the easy method by simply telling your self “I can do it, I can do it and I can do it”. Just keep it in your mind. You will build the power of your mind by controlling the thought and behaviors. The easy example is “In the first day, I will walk for 10 meters. In the second day, I will walk longer than the first day at 12 meters. And in the third day, I will walk for 15 meters.”. This is the ideal thinking for empowering your mind. Your negative thinking will be destroyed by the thought in your control. The other negative reflection is the word “I will do it later.”. It is the procrastination. The laziness is the devil. It will make your muscles and joints to the weakness state. This will introduce the healthy problems to you.

 

You need to make a goal and try to get it. You should to create the plan that will help you to get the goal and do it everyday or every time you can. You will never give up; it is the sign of the weakness and the lacking of aspiration. Some time you need faith to stay strong. But the positive thinking is the main idea.

 

The healthier’s life needs the positive attitude. You can stop and rest but not all the time until you reaches the goal. The very first step that unhappy people must take to find permanent happiness is to become self-aware. Self-awareness through cognitive restructuring is effective therapy for self inflicted issues. The point is that if people aren’t happy it is their fault. Nobody can make them happy except themselves.

It has been said that having a positive out look on life is one of the best things for the human brain. Doing this keeps your brain healthy and constantly ready to learn. How we view ourselves, the way we perceive ourselves, the world around us and the way that we interact with others all is determined by the way we are thinking whether it be positive or negative.

 

The decision is up to you because you have the power to control all these things. You can wake up each morning and choose how you would like to look at the day. Hence, the process of positive thinking is quite important it is even scientifically proven that older people in general tend to look at the different positive things happening in life.

 

The reason being, they find it better to look at the positive things instead of the negatives things for the remaining period of their life that may not be too long. There was actually a study conducted at Stanford University which used a type of brain imaging technology. It was discovered that older people tend to tune out the negative factors in their lives concentrating more on the positive. This is something that the younger generations should be looking into doing and as a result life would be so much more pleasant.

 

Just simply think about it, think about how your day would be if you were thinking about all the bad things that are happening in your life. You would be constantly thinking about all these things, stressing yourself, walking around being gloomy and not really having fun. In doing so people would not really want to be around you and you would be affecting your health by constantly having a negative outlook on life.

 

However if you practice positive thinking you will be happier. You will want to do more things and be more pleasant to be around which in the end makes everyone else around you happy.
