stop talking against corruption

YES RAM UR ABSOLUTELY RIGHT,....EVEN FOR GETTING A PASSPORT WE NEED TO PAY BRIBE,...

IF WE PAY WE L GET THE PASSPORT IN 2 TO 3 MOTHS OR ELSE IT MAY TAKE UPTO 6-8 MONTHS,...WE NEED TO ROAM AND ROAM EVERYDAY FOR GETTING THE PASSPORT,....

REGARDING THE SOLUTION I DONT THINK ANY BIG CHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE IN INDIA IN THE NEAR FUTURE,...COZ ITS NOT AN ARTIFICIAL CHANGE THAT SHOULD TAKE PLACE,..CORRUPTION ARE DEEPLY ROOTED IN THE INDIAN ECONOMY,...ITS VERY HARD TO CUT IT FROM THE ROOTS,..

AS U SAID ONLY OPTION IS TO GO THROUGH THE LEGAL PROCEDURE,.MAY BE IT IS TIME TAKING BUT ONE OR THE OTHER DAY WHEN EVERYONE WILL START FOLLOWING IT,THEN THERE WIL BE AN END TO CORRUPTION,....

I do not agree with you Mr Ram.There should be right procedure and that should be followed diligently.Corruption is there because procedures are not user friendly.problems should be discussed and worked upon.Responsible officers should also endeavor to complete their responsibilities in a timely manner.

Raam ji what u said is right..people are not interested in standing in line in front of a pass port  office for passport renewal..for such things they will try for influence or bribe the staff for faster renewal or getting issued fast..because people had no time for such things..but they will wait in qe for the tickets of their HERO film on the firstday..here we are responsible for what ever happen in our country..starting from the corruption to the politics..so we have to change our mentality..then we can find the solution or we can discuss it later..

बाबा जी के अनशन और समर्थन से कॉंग्रेस की सरकार हिल गयी | उन्हे पता था की शनिवार के दिन जब बाबा जी के समर्थन मे १ लाख से अधिक लोग एकत्र हो गये तो रविवार के दिन क्या हाल होगा | उनकी कुर्सी ख़तरे मे पड़ सकती है | इस दर्दनीय एवं निंदनीय कांड से यह साबित हो जाता है कि जमाखोरी एवं घूसखोरी एवं भ्रष्टाचार  के सारे दावे जो कॉंग्रेस पर लगाये जा रहे है वे सभी सत्य है | और इन सबके पिछे और कोई नही, केवल और केवल सोनिया गाँधी है | बाबा द्वारा इस सत्याग्रह से अगर देश का काला पैसा जो सभी नेताओ ने देश के बाहर जमा कर रखा है, देश मे आता है तो इससे देश का ही फ़ायदा होगा | इससे बाबा का व्यक्तिगत रूप से कोई स्वार्थ नही हो सकता | स्वार्थ तो उन लोगो का है जिन्होने बाबा के और उन सभी देशवासीओ के साथ यह अनैतिक कृत्य किया है अर्थात सोनिया गाँधी जी एवं उनके सभी नेता | सरकार की झिझक एवं हिचकिचाहट यह पहले से बयान कर रही थी की वे भ्रष्टाचार मिटाना नही चाहते और देश का काला धन देश मे लाना नही चाहते क्योकि  इसमे उनका भी तो काला धन जमा है और वे अपने ही पैर पर कुल्हाड़ी थोड़ी मारेंगे | और तो और मीडीया भी देश के लोगो तक सही खबर नही पहुचा रही है, ऐसा लगता है मानो कॉंग्रेस ने मीडीया को ही पैसे खिला दिए है | वे इस अनैतिक कांड पर कोई टिप्पणी नही करेंगे लेकिन बाबा की बुराई और नेताओ के बयानो पर अवशये टिप्पणी करेंगे | अन्ना हज़ारे के साथ ये सब इसलिए नही हुआ क्योकि वे किसी ना किसी तरह से कॉंग्रेस से जुड़े हुए है, जबकि बाबा जी का तो राजनीति से ही संबंध नही है, फिर भी वे अपनी जान की परवाह ना करते हुए सिर्फ़ और सिर्फ़ देश की जनता के लिए लड़ रहे है क्योकि किसी भी काम को करने के लिए किसी ना किसी को तो पहल करनी ही पड़ती है | और वो पहल बाबा जी ने की लेकिन हमारी कॉंग्रेस को ये बर्दाश नही हुआ और उसने ये कांड किए | ये तो जाग जाहिर है की, कॉंग्रेस चाहती ही नही है की उनके किए गये किसी भी ग़लत काम के खिलाफ कोई आवाज़ उठाए | इसलिए दिग्विजय सिंग और सिब्बल साहेब ने सोनिया जी के इशारे पर बाबा जी के साथ ये राजनीति खेली | आज कोई चोर चोरी करते हुए पकड़ा जाए तो उसे जेल जी सज़ा मिलती है परंतु यहा के नेता दिन दहाड़े करोड़ो अरबो रुपये चोरी कर रहे है ये किसी को दिखाई नही देता | अब तो कांग्रेस के भेडिये कुत्ते अपनी औकात पर आ गये है और स्वामी बाल्क्रिशन जी को गलत आरोपों से फ़साने की कोशिश की जा रही है | ऐसा लगता है मानो कांग्रेस अब पतंजलि योगपीठ पर निशाना साधेगी |

अंत मे,   बाबा जी आजादी के बाद श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री जी के बाद अगर कोई व्यक्ति है जिसने देश के लिए सोचा है तो वे आप है अन्य कोई नहीं |  बाबा जी मैं सदा आपके साथ रहूँगा और अपने हृदे से आपका समर्थन करता रहुगा, ये मेरा आपसे वादा है |

first  of all heena  i  told  the  problem  to  u  tell me what  should  i do  i  need the  suggestion  the  way  i  should  do it  if u need any  information  i  m ready  to provide  u that  but  to telll its  not  right  or  wrong  is  not  the  right  thing  bcause  i came  upto   u  all with  a  problem  and  i  want the  solution  tell me  the  solution  or  stop  talking  against  corruption

what  i  m asking  for  the  solution  and  what  should  i  do  regarding  the  same, as  everyone is  intrested  in talking against  corruption  i  run a  live  example  i  face  everyday  so  tell me the  way  to  get  out  of  it  guys 

Mr Ram if its impossible to examine each and evey log then why there is compulsory procedure for this.Either it should be relaxed or necessary assisstance should be given to proper officers.And being a CA student do you believe in im possible terms.Those officers are selected among many for this and also given handsome salary and perks and they regard thier work as impossible...I wonder why?I would also like to ask you wther there is also threat of teak wood smuggling?

first  of  all  teak and  timber business  comes  under  the  ristricted  business terms,  under  the  notification  no  new  licence  can  be  issued  to  saw mills and  ply  industry ,  the  rules  made  are  still  very  old  one  which  are  still  is  process,  more  than  100  years  old  law .

second  yes  there is  assistance  provided  that  what  i  told  total  of  rs. 800  charge  the  assistance  take  rs. 100  and  the  officer  take  rs. 700 ....yes  the  salary  for them  is  quite  handsome  and  to get the  post  they  need  to pay  rs. 50  laks  for  the  post of  DIVISIONAL  FOREST   OFFICER  , IFS   degree  and  rs.  80  lks  are  required ,  every   think  is  fixed  .

and  as   u  told   ca  student ,  as  a  student  we  see  things  from  different  prospect   thing  are  not  so simple  when u  enter in  real  world,  on  each  and  every  stage  u  face the  same  question  many  ppl ask  many  just  take  they  come ,   so  there  is  quite  gap  exist  in  what  u think and what  the  real  world  is ,  i  know  the  way  u  want   convey  that  there  should  be  some way  out  of this  problem  is  what  i m  trying  to  explain  is  we  all  talk  about  corruption  to  fight  against  corruption  with  coffee   but  when  its  comes  on  us ,  we  are  take  it  as  a  usual  practice ..there  is  no way  out  i  had  tried  about  each  and  every thing .  even  i  can  send   u  the  details  of  one  of  officer  to  whom  i   trap  with the  help  of  anti  corruption  department  bcause  he  made  some  personal  comments  ,   but  u  cant  do the  same with each and  every  one  ,  we  even want to do the  business not  to fight  with each and  every one , there are  many  such  example  i  need to tackel  everyday  what i  want to tell  its  impossible   to  say  that  from  now  onwards   i  dont   be  part   of  it  ,.... and  yes  teak  timber  business  comes  under  the  restricted  business  on which  lots  of  goverment  control  exist  under  each  and  every  moment ,  like  liceance  raj  ,  u  cant  run factory  after  sun  set  and  all the  records  and  all .
