Hum Ghar ki safai karna toh nahi bhoolte, na hi kabhi nahana bhoolte hain.. kyunki ye ghar aur ye shareer hamare apne hain.. toh kya desh humara apna nahi hai... Aaj humein mauka mila hai kuch aisa karne ka jispe hume hi nahi is desh ko garv hoga, toh kya hum yun hi apne gharon mein TV ya Computer ke samne hath par hath dhare baithe rahenge..

Kya is corruption ke liye sirf woh log jimmedar hain jo inko anjaam dete hain.. kya humari koi jimmedari nahi hai unhe rokne ki.. ye woh sawal hain jispe behes toh har insaan karna janta hai lekin jub baat khul ke samna karne ki hoti hai toh kisi ke paas bhi waqt nahi hota...

Ab tak toh unhe bhi andaza ho gaya hoga ki jis din is bholi bhali bewakuf si dikhne wali janta ka dimag fir gaya toh.. Arsh se farsh pe aane me jara si b der nahi lagti..

Aaj ek aisa bujurg insaan (Anna Hajare) humare liye is desh ki sarkaar tak se ladne ko taiyar hai jisko khud bhi pata hai ki woh agle kitne saalon ka mehmaan hai.. kya woh ye sabkuch khud k liye kar raha hai.. woh jub dusron ke liye itna kuch karne ka hausla rakhta hai toh kya hum khud k liye bhi kuch nahi kar sakte.. kya itne bebas hain hum ...  Shayad hi koi indian hoga jiska khoon nahi khaulta hoga, jub karoron k scam har roj samne aate hain.. par humein kya.. humein toh aadat si ho gayi hai.. 

Ek aam aadmi jub kuchh thousands ka tax pay nahi karta toh uske against 100 provisions hain iss desh ke kanoon mein lekin wahi aam aadmi jub apni mehnat ki kamayi se tax bharta jata hai. toh achanak 1 din koi politician use apne swiss bank account mein transfer kar leta hai.. jispar koi bhi kanoon nahi lagta.. bas ek 4 logon ki jaanch samiti banayi jati hai.. jisme se 3 toh khud hi chor hote hain.. fir investigation tabtak chalti hai jub tak aam aadmi bhool na jaye.. or waise bhi aam aadmi ki yaddast toh hoti hi kamjor hai...

Bachpan mein hindi ki kitaab mein maine 4 lines padhi thi.. tab main chhota tha.. toh sirf exams k purpose se yaad kar liya tha.. par aaj pata chala ki kitni gehrayee thi un shabdon mein ..

" Jo bhara nahi hai bhaaon se, Behti jismein rasdhaar nahin..

Woh Hriday nahi woh paththar hai, jismein swadesh ka pyar nahi.. "

Ab Bhi waqt hai .. Hum is corruption ko agar kahatm nahi bhi kar sakte toh kam se kam rok toh sakte hi hain..

Difference in Government proposal and Anna Hajare's Proposal..

Government Proposal

Lokpal will have no power to initiate suo motu action or receive complaints of corruption from public. It would probe only complaints forwarded by the Lok Sabha Speaker or Rajya Sabha Chairman. It will enable the ruling party to protect its own.

Lokpal will be an advisory body. It will forward its enquiry report to "competent authority", which will have the final say. If Lokpal made a report against the PM, will Parliament ever pass a resolution to prosecute him?

No police powers to Lokpal. All its probes will tantamount to "preliminary enquiries". Even if its report is accepted, who will file chargesheet?

No mention of the CBI's role after the Bill is enacted. Will CBI lose its powers to investigate politicians?

Mild punishment for corruption - minimum 6 months, maximum 7 years

No provision to recover ill-gotten wealth. A corrupt person can come out of jail and use the money

Anna Hazare’s proposal

Lokpal will have powers to initiate investigations suo motu in any case and directly entertain complaints from the public. It will not need reference or permission from anyone to initiate investigation into any case.

Lokpal will not be an advisory body. It will have powers to initiate prosecution against anyone after completion of investigations in a case. It will also have powers to order disciplinary proceedings against any government servant.

Lokpal will have police powers. It will be able to register FIRs, proceed with criminal investigations and launch prosecution.

The anti-corruption wing of the CBI will be merged with Lokpal so that there is just one independent body to act against graft.

Enhanced punishment - minimum 5 years, maximum life imprisonment.

Loss caused to the government owing to corruption will be recovered from all the accused.
