Dear Sir,

We are Pvt.Ltd company and delaing as a traders in engineering raw plastics.

we have two branches one in Faridabad and second in Vadodara-Gujarat

Now Faridabad branch is making stock trasnfer against Form "F" to Vadodara Branch for some of the raw material.

And this raw material Vadodara branch is selling to manufacturing company for some job work and after job work Vadodara branch is purhcasing material back from manufacturing company including all taxes like excise duty,vat etc..

now Vadodara branch want again to transfer that finished goods back to their Faridabad branch to sale the same to customers in Faridabad..so what formalities to be done for that..

Can Vadodara branch make stock transfer again to that same material which has been received from manufactuirng company ? is there any complication from VAT department on this..

Please sugggest us in details..

Hi Roshan,

Your gujrat branch can again trfr stock to faridabad company.since the material ls not the same that was send by faridabad branch to guj branch.further, I suppose while registering you must have applied for the type of goods and trading activities you will be dealing in and must have mentioned that you want to trade in such goods.so as per me there shouldnt be any complications.....lets wait and see what other member's on CCI have to say about this..

Hi Saharsh,

Thanks for your valuable reply, while registering we already mentioned about plastics raw material trading business.

But at the time of first assesment Sales Tax office informed us that we can't make back stock transfer to Faridabad branch...

But i am also not agreed on this so need some more solid any law/circular that we can make stock transfer against form F.. as job worked material will be converted in new form of material and that will be fresh transfer from vadodara branch.
