Stock trasnfer

Hi Roshan,

Your gujrat branch can again trfr stock to faridabad company.since the material ls not the same that was send by faridabad branch to guj branch.further, I suppose while registering you must have applied for the type of goods and trading activities you will be dealing in and must have mentioned that you want to trade in such goods.so as per me there shouldnt be any complications.....lets wait and see what other member's on CCI  have to say about this..

Thanks for your valuable reply, while registering we already mentioned about plastics raw material trading business.

But at the time of first assesment Sales Tax office informed us that we can't make back stock transfer to Faridabad branch...

But i am also not agreed on this so need some more solid any law/circular that we can make stock transfer against form F.. as job worked material will be converted in new form of material and that will be fresh transfer from vadodara branch.
