RESPECTED EXPERTS IF A PROPRIETOR WAS DEAD AND FIRM WAS CLOSED And Exempted STOCK OF 50 LAKH WAS HELD
THEN MY QUESTION WAS THAT CAN I FILL STOCK DETAIL IN FINAL RETURN OR NOT. IF YES THEN WHICH COLUMN?

I found, you have to file a final return in Form GSTR-10 within three months from the date of cancellation of registration of the proprietor1. In this form, you have to provide the details of the value and the input tax/tax payable on the stock of inputs, inputs contained in semi-finished goods, inputs contained in finished goods, stock of capital goods2. If you have exempted stock, you have to report it under the column “Exempted” in Table 8 of the form3. You can also refer to the instructions given in the form for more guidance
