please don't follow any step in hurry don't do any complain with icai otherwise u will not get anything further it may harm ur career

only solution is to take transfer by politely appealing to ur principal

Hello,

The advice given by Kumar Deepak is good one, try not to give him the cash and by rules he is bound to give u the chq, talk him out of the situation, if that doesn't solve the problem then, only sting operation se kambane ga(hey this was in lighter note),
