Brother Announcement has been made long back ago. But Central Govt 's approval is pending..

No use of making it double. we are paid paltry amounts now just making it double does not make sense. Anyways its good that ICAI is aware of Stipend regulations and the sums paid to the students. 

what about those who are not being paid anything?

principals are extracting full amount of work from them without paying anything in return.this no transfer hammer blow has closed the last door for escape from them.
