Hi,
I have been alloted CIN for the company registered in the state of Haryana.
Now how will i get the certificate as the whole process has been done online.
Do i need to have Certificate Copy in hand or i can start the activities on the basis of CIN no.
If you are talking about Certificate of Incorporation, than you will get the softcopy in your e-mail which you have mentioned in incorporation forms, and as soon as the Co. gets incorporated you'll get the Physical Certificate duly stamped & signed by ROC via Registered post at the address of regd. office as mentioned in Form -18.
