Step 1 - apply for dpin

Hi,

I am planning to register my wife's company under LLP.  While googling I found that the first step to register LLP is to get the DPIN.

I created an account in MCA portal and I dont find any form to apply for DPIN.

Could someone please guide me where and how to get the DPIN?

Regards

Malai

Hi... Go to MCA-21 portal and on the right hand side, there is a link for LLP forms download...click on it...and in the forms download din 1...fill it up accordingly and upload....
Hi, Thanks for your response. In the form it is asking me to digitally signed by secretary or chartered accountant or cost accountant. Could you please explain how can I get those. Regards Malai
Yes, it is required to be digitally signed by a CS in practice or CA in practice or CWA in practice or a Secretary in whole time employment (being member of the ICSI). If the same is signed by any of the first 3, the DIN 1 shall be approved instantly and teh DPIN will be generated...In case of the DSC of the secretary, it shall be approved after 2-3 days after consideration by the MCA. Normally, these forms are signed by the CS/CA/Cwa in whole time practice for a fee...so contact any firm and talk with them for the same... Thanks
