kindly help me to solve the problem:
Capital gain & loss :
1st qtr- 10000 (profit)
2nd qtr- 10000 (profit)
3rd qtr- 10000 (profit)
4th qtr- 10000 (loss)
total profit- 20000
I have shown in itr 2 capital gain
but in quarterly break up I m unable to show negetive figure (4th qtr)
kindly help me

Show Ist 10000 in I Qtr and 2nd 10000 in II Qtr only
Itr does not demand revealing profit and loss reporting in each quarter.

We provide expenses to our sales employee monthly as reimbursement apart from salary
1. Travelling expenses (fixed rate for outstation ex- 2000 per visit & headquarters, ex- 200 per visit)
2. Telephone expenses (Rs.1000 p.m. fixed)
3. petrol expenses (Rs.3/- per k.m.)
4. other expenses (fixed)
They provide only hotel bill
My question is 194R will be effective or not
if yes on which amount

Provisions of section 194R not invoke in case of employee and employer relationship
But mam employer provide additional expenses to employees apart from salary more than 20000
Yes but but same is not a part of income it's only reimbursement
