hi all,
For Comapany & Firms is it mandatory for taking reigistration of vat, service tax, Central Excise, PF, ESI even if the company has not crossed the certain limit of turnover & no of working employees according to related law, kindly any one clarify

In Case of vat, service tax, Central Excise, PF and ESI there is a separate rules for each of them ........!!!!!!
