Statutory report of part ix company
Partnership firm was converted into public limited company under Part IX.
Now statutory report in form 22 is being filed with ROC under section 165.
My query is regarding point no 6 of form 22 where we have to give details of share allotted upto the date of statutory report.
Whether i have to give details of shares allotted in point no 6(a) i.e. share allotted subject to payment in cash or in point 6(b) for share allotted otherwise than in cash and consideration for which it is allotted.
Pls advice asap. Matter is very urgent!

U have to write No. of Shares in column 6(a)
if shares r nt issued in cash then u have to mention the details in point no.6(b) or 6(c) (for partly paid up share).......CORRECT ME IF I M WRONG.....
