Can you please suggest something in case company's statutory records are lost during transit or otherwise? What a company should do?

- Can issue public notice in newspaper

- Try to make duplicate record to the extent possible from available information from various sources (e.g. inspection of MCA website, soft copies available with company, record available with consultants, auditors etc.)
