Can anyone tell me if a Private company is converted into a public company within 6 month from the date of its incorporation. As per the requirement of section 165 it has to hold the statutory general meeting thus i want to know from which date the period will be counted for holding the Statutory General Meetin i.e. from date of incorporation or from the date of conversion?

PLEASE ANY ONE SAY ME ABOUT SHORT NOTICE OF EGM FOR NAME CHANGE OF PVT LTD CO.

Hi, You can take consent for shorter notice from members in prescribed format in Form22-A(Pursuant to section 171(2) of the Act) and hold meeting and you have to attach it alongwith Form23. If already filed, you may file it in Form67 Addendum. |
