There is a company that is incorporated in Bangalore, Karnataka. The company being a service oriented company has gone through all the various statutory compliances that need to be fulfilled by the compnay. The company has its CIN, PAN, Service tax registration, it is registered under the Shops and establishments act karnataka, Labour department karnataka, PT karnataka and PF . The company has now set up a branch office in Nagpur, Maharashtra and we wish to know if there are any local legal compliances that need to be complied with by the company for setting up a branch office in Nagpur. Do we need to get any further local registrations and compliances done, as per the requirements of the state of Maharashtra or as per the local governing bodies of Nagpur?
