Statutory audit of bank

Dear Friends,

Need to know the basic requirements to act as an statutory auditor of a bank. As far as I know, if the ca firm is p.ship then empanellemnt to bank audit requires atleast one full time partner and if it is propreitary firm, then minimum 5 years of cop is required. correct me if i am wrong. Also, kinldy provide any other requirements to be taken care for the same.
