He can carry on the Tax Audit, Consultancy services relating to taxation matters, legal matters, he cannot take up writing of books of accounts, internal audit.

Apart from other works said above by various respondents, statutory auditor can also undertake certification works with respect to MCA filings.

along with it he can provide the list of services mentioned in "Management & consultancy services " as par sec-2(2)(iv) of CA Act ,1949.
