What is the date of Incorporation of the Company ?

In such cases, it is mandatory to get the accounts audited for year ended March 31, 2019 and you have time till December 31, 2019 to conduct AGM

but what about AGM - uptill 31-12-2019 ? Sir then what about ITR filing due date which is 30-9-2019 ......

@ Kapadia Pravin, Companies Act , 2013 allows holding of First Annual General Meeting of the Company till December. Please refer the Provisions of the Act.
Under Income Tax Act, also you are required to file your return mandatorily for Companies.

What I asked is a type of strange situation ?
AGM can be held till 31-12-2019 but then how will you file ITR return by 30-9-2019 !!! ( alongwith duly AGM approved audited accounts)
So practically you have to finish Audit AGM well before and ITR filing on or before due date 30-9-2019 . Your revert please ...
