mean of 15,20,25 = 15+20+25/3 = 20.therefore,15-20 = -5,20-20=0 and 25-20= 5.sum of deviation of the observation from their mean is 20-20 = 0.

Sum of deviation from mean is always zero...

The arithmetic sum of deviations from A.M. is always equal to zero.
