You should contact exam department asap. I have received the statement of marks long ago
Is it recieved on exam form address or the original registration for final group address of the form?

Mail at examination department of icai
If you qualified then can apply duplicate marksheet through ssp portal ...if could not clear then leave it ,why unnecessary increasing your dejection
