Bengal govt is charging SGST and CGST separately. How they can do it?

Any intrastate supply is charged 50:50........... i.e. SGST/UGST +CGST.......... in all the states/union territories.......... So, its as per law.....
As per law SGST & CGST will be charged by all the union territories
