Dear Friends I have a friend who is planning to start his own BPO company. I want to know the procedure for the same. On my basic research from internet i got the following details
1. Should incorporate the company
2. Should register with tax authorities.
3. Should obtain OSP license from Department of telecom.
I am little confused about what is Nasscom? Is the registration in it mandatory to set up BPO? Please help
