No Form 1A can not be filed with provisional DIN. The approved DIn No. is required while filling the mandatory details of 2 directors.

1.To form a private limited company with two directors you must need to get approved DIN is compulsory;

if it is more than two directors, you may quote PAN of the remaining directors for name approval.

2.DIN application rejected for various reasons, in some cases you may send the additional information and in majority cases you must apply afresh DIN application with required documents.

Consult with CS or CA to get a clear picture.

You can't file form 1A without Approved DIN.

Form 1A can't be filled against provisional din no., it must be approved for Applying a name.

In case when din will be rejected, you should apply a fresh din no. along with payment to MCA21.

And when your din will gets approved, then you can fill your Form 1A.
