Stamp duty & registration act

Any rental agreement for a tenure exceeding 12 months is need to be registered acc. to Regn. Act. so to avoid generally people will go for 11 months tenure of rental agreement on every ocassion and renew it after every 11 months. in ur case i opine ur agreement must be regd. any way plz consider other's also.

I want to purchase a godawn where builder is making two agreement

1) Land agreement for 600 sq.ft @ 100 Rs/sq ft

2) construction agreement for 600 sq.ft @ 225 Rs/sq ft

what will be charge of stamp duty & registration for same.

kindly provide the calculation respectively.
