Stamp Duty on Scheme of Amalgamation

An order sanctioning the Scheme of amalgamation of two private limited companies by Court u/s 394 of the Companies Act is an instrument liable to stamp duty. I would like to know the quantum of such leviable stamp duty in the states of Delhi and Karnataka. Also, what are the various other stages the stamp duty is attracted in the whole process of merger/amalgamation of private limited companies
